Dongyue: A Unique Residential House Design

Creating a Spacious and Functional Living Space

The key feature of the Dongyue design is the division of the living space through furniture and walkways. This innovative approach allows for a clear flow throughout the home, ensuring that each area is well-defined while maximizing the use of space. The open kitchen, with its kitchen island and sleek design, adds a touch of modernity and functionality to the overall layout.

The master bedroom in the Dongyue design showcases the designer's attention to detail. The head of the bed is matched with the wall at the foot of the bed, creating a visually stunning and cohesive look. Streamlined golden trims and hidden doors add a touch of fashion and modernity to the bedroom, creating a space that is both comfortable and visually appealing.

With dimensions of 85 square meters, the Dongyue design proves that even in limited space, creativity and thoughtful design can make a significant impact. The use of materials such as marble, iron parts, laminate flooring, and pottery roast adds texture and visual interest to the overall design.

The Dongyue design goes beyond aesthetics and focuses on creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The flannel material used for the sofa and dining chairs adds a sense of lightness and comfort, allowing residents to unwind and relieve the pressures of daily life. The display cabinet next to the dining area adds a touch of elegance and personalization to the space.

Completed in 2020, the Dongyue design is a result of thorough research and communication with the homeowners. By understanding their needs and desires, the designer was able to create a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and comfortable for everyday living.

The Dongyue design presented its fair share of challenges. The large pillars at the entrance were decorated with thin-plate tiles, creating a sense of neat lines and serving as the core of the design. The combination of gray, white, and brown tones, along with gold-patterned board bricks and golden iron pieces, adds a special atmosphere to the overall design.
